How Long Is Shipping?

  • Processing is usually 3-7 business days. All items are customized so please allow time for your payment to be processed and product to be created.

How Will My Order Be Confirmed?

  • Order confirmations come by email. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact me as soon as possible!

How Can I Contact You if Something is Wrong With My Order?

  • Best way to reach me is an email: majorcnd@gmail.com
  • Please include:
  1. Order Number
  2. Changes
  3. Phone Number (just in case I need details on the change)

How Can I Track My Order?

  • After your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update. All parcels are shipped through USPS.

What If My Package Is Lost?

  • Once the package is in the hands of the courier, Major Crafts & Designs is no longer responsible for the package.
  • However, If a package is lost in transit, please contact me. I will be happy to assist you with filing a claim on your end. All packages are insured for full value. USPS will investigate and provide you with a solution.  

What Are The Payment Methods Available?

  • At the moment, my shop accepts PayPal payments and all major debit/credit cards Payments.

Can I Use PayPal Without A PayPal Account?

  • Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed in order to make payments through PayPal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although I strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

How Do I Care For My Customized Items?

  • T-Shirts:
  1. DO NOT dry clean.
  2. DO NOT iron directly on design.
  3. Machine wash inside-out with cold water.
  4. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry.
***For best results: use mild detergent and avoid the Use of fabric softener***
  • Drinkware:
  1. HANDWASH ONLY!!!
  2. DO NOT Soaking
  3. NOT Dishwasher safe
  4. NOT Microwavable Safe

Can I change the color of my design once I place my order?

  • Due to the customization of each order, colors cannot be changed once order is placed due to supplies being ordered immediately.

Do You Accept Custom Orders?

  • I do accept custom orders. Big or small, just give us the time to create a draft that meets your needs. Please contact me with your ideas @ majorcnd@gmail.com
